As with all Polka Square Collection pieces, each item is a handcrafted piece of art and should be treated so. All items are final sale. Due to the limited, one-of-a-kind nature of the products, exchanges, refunds. and returns are not accepted. Keep this in mind prior to making purchases. Separate orders cannot be combined.

Extremely high and low temperatures, water, oils, and sprays, such as hairspray and perfume, could result in damage. Occasionally dust delicately with a microfiber cloth. The resin material can be scratched by sharp objects. Polka Square, LLC accepts no responsibility for such damage.

Shipping.
Stillwater Local Pick-Up is COMPLIMENTARY and based on Polka Square availability and scheduling.

Shipping will be coordinated on an individual basis and added AFTER payment is received. Shipping fees range from $45-85 depending on location and can take from 1-4 business days. Home Collection pieces are fully insured when shipped.

At this time, orders are shipped within the United States. Polka Square, LLC accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen packages, nor damage from acts of God, such as weather. Every effort is made to ensure your item(s) arrive safely and securely.

Display.
When choosing to display your Home Collection piece, know that it can lean gently against a wall, fit into a well-secured easel or hang on a wall. Which way is up? That is your choice. This is why typical picture hangers are not included in these pieces. It allows you to make the decision of how you want to display your piece.
